pickup times during the work week coincides with our daycare schedule and is from 730am -1000am and returns are from 330pm - 630pm (100pm-400pm on Sundays) TImes may vary depending on weather and traffic. We advice parents to schedule their pikup the night before if our parents have an early morning travel scheduled

during your pup’s stay we would only require your dog, his/her food, and a martingale style collar. please do not pack anything you will miss.

please have your dog’s food ready in pre-portioned bags per meal

SAturday pickup and Return is Not available. PArents are encouraged to make an appointment if they want to drop off or pickup on Saturdays

please be punctual. parents will be notified via text message that your dog has been checked-in, This means we are about to arrive. Each stop will be allowed a five (5) minute grace period. after which, we will move on to our next stop. you will be charged a fee if we need to return to the same location

Cutoff for reservation requests are at noon the day before

Same day service is not available for new clients

should you need to cancel your holiday scheduled pickup, please do so seven (7) days prior to the reserved day. A cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation occurs within the seven (7) Days

A non-refundable fifty percent (50%) deposit will be required on big travel holidays.
